Our story
Meet the Maker
This isn't just a business to me. This is my dream. This is my fight. This is a piece of my heart that I am trying to keep alive.
Behind every piece of resin I create is a woman who has been through more than she ever thought she could handle. I live with Type 1 brittle diabetes, and some days, my body feels like my biggest enemy. My health has taken pieces of my life that I can never get back. There are days when I'm scared. Days when I'm exhausted. Days when I don't know what tomorrow is going to look like. And honestly, there are days when I don't know how much fight I have left in me. But then I think about my daughter. I think about my fiancé. I look at my sweet pup, Hope. And I keep going.
They are some of the reasons I get out of bed when my body and my heart are telling me I can't. And then there is my mom.
My mom was my life. Not just my mom. My person. My safe place. My heart.
The person I thought would always be here. The person I could call. The person whose presence made the world feel a little less scary.
And then I lost her.
There is no beautiful way to explain what that kind of loss does to you. It broke something inside me.
I'm learning how to wake up in a world where I can't call my mom, hear her voice, tell her about my day, or show her something I've made. I'm learning how to live with a hole in my heart that I know will never completely go away.
Some days I don't want to be strong. Some days I don't want to fight. Some days I just want my mom.
But somehow, through all of this, I found myself creating.
I pour resin. I make custom pieces. I turn flowers, keepsakes, memories, colors, and little pieces of someone's story into something they can hold onto. And maybe that's why this means so much to me.
Because I understand what it feels like to desperately want one more thing to hold onto. One more memory. One more piece. One more reminder that someone you love was here.
That is what I want my business to be about. Not just pretty resin pieces. Not just custom orders. Memories. Love. Grief. Life. The people we never want to forget.
I want to create pieces that mean something. Pieces that tell a story. Pieces that make you stop and remember.
And if I can give another person something beautiful to hold onto when they are missing someone they love, then maybe all of the pain I've been through can become something meaningful.
My mom will always be a part of this. She is part of why I keep going. Part of why I keep creating. Part of why I refuse to let this dream die.
Because even though I lost her, I refuse to lose everything she gave me. Her love. Her strength. Her memories. Her belief in me.
I am still here. I am still fighting. I am still dreaming. And I am still creating.
For my daughter. For my fiancé. For Hope. For myself. And most of all, for my mom.
Mom, I wish you were here to see this. I wish I could tell you about every order, every idea, every piece I make. I wish I could hear you say that you're proud of me.
Since I can't, I'm going to keep building this. I'm going to keep putting my heart into every piece. And I'm going to carry you with me in everything I create.
This business is my dream, but my mom is the reason it means so much.
So when you order from me, please know that you're not just supporting a small business. You're supporting a woman who is fighting to keep her dream alive while learning how to live with a broken heart. You're supporting a mother who keeps fighting for her daughter. A woman who keeps choosing love. And a daughter who will spend the rest of her life carrying her mother's love with her.
Every piece I create holds something. A memory. A feeling. A story. A little piece of someone's heart.
And maybe that's what I'm trying to do with my own life, too— take all these broken pieces... and somehow turn them into something beautiful.
For you, Mom. Always. ❤️
